About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to develop data-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance. Your expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis will be crucial in uncovering valuable insights and contributing to the optimization of business processes, products, and services.
What youll do
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications across NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Monitor model performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and explore their application in business use cases.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high standards of software engineering.
What youll need
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and model deployment (e.g., using REST APIs or cloud platforms).
