Role : Lead Data Engineer

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Location : Noida (Hybrid)

Overview -

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to design, build, optimize, and lead scalable data solutions using modern big data and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Databricks, PySpark, SQL Server, and Azure Delta Lake, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark
• Architect scalable and reliable data solutions leveraging Azure Delta Lake
• Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, joins, and performance-tuned transformations
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across big data platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to support machine learning and data science workloads
• Review and guide PySpark and SQL code, ensuring best practices and performance standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior data engineers
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support deployment and operationalization of data pipelines in production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve data processing and performance issues

• Basic knowledge of stored procedures and functions
• Apache Spark Strong working knowledge
