Job Family Definition:
Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers Acquisitions). Drives the forecasting process (for USGAAP and local GAAP tax provisioning exercise) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives. Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organizations financial goals and policies. Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally. Ensures strong business controls.
Management Level Definition:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision-making processes. Strong understanding of IndAS accounting principles and direct tax/GST knowledge is an added advantage

Additional details

Preparation of IndAS financial statements ( B/S, PL, Notes to accounts including cash flows) ; Support for Internal audits ICOFR.

Preparation of Tax audits and Lead for Country GST accounting related compliances

USGAAP MEC support including financial analysis of Trial balances for material flux, variance analysis

Establishes and maintains relationships with various stakeholders - Tax team, MADO teams, Legal and business leaders to support decision-making.

Supports USGAAP tax provision preparations and related submissions.
