Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
(Must have)
Oversee end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with P2P (Procure to Pay), AL (Account Ledger), GL (General Ledger), and OTC (Order to Cash) teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage a team of 50+ FTEs, ensuring effective team handling and performance management.
Act as the primary point of contact for client handling and stakeholder management.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Address and resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly.
Job Responsibilities :
(Desired)
- Experience in managing finance and accounting operations in a BPO setting.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Criteria :
(Must have)
(Max 4 pointers)
10-12 years of experience in F&A Operations.
Experience in managing teams of 15-20+ FTEs.
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in R2R, P2P, AL, GL, and OTC processes.

Experience in a non-voice BPO environment.
Familiarity with UK shifts and time zones.
