Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Annual Operating Plan and Rolling Forecasts for the management.
- Preparing periodic Financial Dashboards for board, CEO/ CRO and Investor presentations.
- Reviewing Business Performance and evaluating performance against budgets.
- Developing Business Monitoring Dashboards for business teams for tracking operational KPIs.
- Prepare and review pricing models for new business opportunities.
- Track and analyze project profitability by client /delivery unit.
- Evaluating MCA opportunities for inorganic growth and preparation of financial models.
- Capital budgeting for business decision making.
- Process improvements, and optimization.
- Revenue assurance and contract management
