We are hiring experienced SAP professionals for a critical role.

Position: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: All NDBS Locations (2 Days Work from Office in a Month)

Shift Timing: Night Shift 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant who will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules. The role involves working on SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional modules.

The candidate will play a key role in optimizing financial processes and supporting business operations through SAP FICO solutions.

Required Skills

SAP Core Skills

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC Systems
• Hands-on experience in:
• FI GL (General Ledger Accounting)
• FI AP (Accounts Payable)
• FI AR (Accounts Receivable)
• FI AA (Asset Accounting)
• Good working knowledge of Banking processes
• Experience in Cross Module Functionalities:
• FI-P2P (Procure to Pay)
• FI-OTC (Order to Cash)

Controlling & Product Costing

• Strong experience in:
• COPA (Profitability Analysis)
• CO-Product Costing
• Cost Element Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Expertise in Product Costing
• Expertise in COPA Derivation Rules

Banking & FSCM

• Experience in:
• DMEE
• EBRS
• Knowledge of:
• FSCM Credit Management
• Collection Management
• Dispute Management

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Good working knowledge of:
• Validations & Substitutions
• Enhancements
• BAPI
• BADI
• User Exits
• Experience in preparing Functional Specifications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 15 to 20 Years of SAP FICO Experience
• Preferred Qualification:
• CA
• ICWA
• MBA (Finance)
• M.Com
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Leading FICO Offshore Teams and Managing Client Interactions
