Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing the brands premium image in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery pieces based on their preferences, occasions, and budget
Deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (HNI/UHNI preferred)
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge (diamonds, gemstones, collections, craftsmanship)
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales service
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand aesthetics
Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and collections
Support CRM activities, clienteling, and repeat business generation
Requirements
Minimum 13 years of experience in jewellery / luxury retail / premium sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polished, and customer-oriented personality
Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to handle high-value transactions with professionalism
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for luxury products
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in luxury brands, jewellery houses, or high-end retail
Exposure to bridal jewellery sales is a plus
Strong relationship-building and upselling skills
