Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, client acquisition, and lead management, while providing strategic support for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be primarily focused on sales, with strong skills in lead generation, CRM management, and business development, complemented by a secondary focus on marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound and inbound strategies
  • Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to maintain accurate sales pipelines and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and manage account relationships
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and client onboarding
  • Optimize sales funnels, implement conversion strategies, and achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design) to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
  • Support content creation, ad copy, and email marketing initiatives
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance to inform sales strategies
  • Contribute to lead nurturing strategies through marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho)

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate campaign effectiveness for marketing-supported initiatives
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to track sales pipeline, lead generation, and campaign impact

Brand & Client Engagement

  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and business development events
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging in client communications
  • Participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows to support sales and lead generation
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation roles
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales processes
  • Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and client engagement
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Ads, social media, email automation)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and web platforms
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
