Senior Sales Manager @ Appinventiv

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the BFSI industry.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on B2B sales or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through end-to-end sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of software solutions for financial institutions (BFSI) sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
