Youll lead end-to-end hiring, mentor recruiters, and shape the way we grow our team.Required Qualifications
58 years of recruitment experience, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder management.
Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
