Job Description

If you have 6+ years of recruitment experience, enjoy partnering with leaders, and love building high-performing teams, we will love to hear from you.
You will lead end-to-end hiring, mentor recruiters, and shape the way we grow our team.

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder management.
Experience leading recruitment teams and Account Management
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
