Job Description

Role Description : The role of a Travel Specialist is to book airfares, car, hotel and Amtrak for eCW employees or to give them the best possible option keeping eCW travel policies in mind. To verify the expenses and the proofs produced post the completion of the trip in-order to ensure smooth reimbursement process.

Role & responsibilities :

Bookings and confirmations -

• Airfare, Hotel, Car, and Amtrak booking with best prices.
• To review if the booking is in accordance with the company policy & if not, then suggest the best option.
• To get a proper reason or team lead approval in case traveler is not agree with the best option suggested.
• Report any policy violation or early departure or schedule mismatch or preferred vendor has not been selected.

Expensify Claim Verification -

• Act as First level approver (Non trainers) for the queues BA, PACT, PRM, PM, EIS, Development & Training and Final level approver for all queues (Non trainers)
• Communicate through emails and calls, in case of queries

Preferred candidate profile :

• Should have basic knowledge of Excel
• Good hands on experience on GDS - Amadeus
