Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage airline reservations, ticketing, and cancellations using Amadeus, Galileo systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries and concerns related to flight bookings.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and upgrades for domestic and international flights.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in processing.

Job Requirements :

• 3-16 years of experience in air ticketing with GDS (Global Distribution System) knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Amadeus or Galileo software for booking and managing air tickets.
• Strong understanding of IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
