Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage bulk hiring processes for various positions within the organization.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including factory HR requirements.
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training, and development of employees.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective utilization of resources.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
Proven track record in bulk hiring, manpower planning, and factory HR management.
