Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Rigi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
