    What would you do
    Job Role / Purpose of the Job:The HR Shared Services (HRSS) New Associate CL13 provides transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for processing HR requests, maintaining employee data accuracy, and responding to employee and manager queries in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance requirements. The associate works within established HR processes and systems to deliver consistent and positive employee experience.Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree (Any discipline)Experience:
  • 01 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or customer support
  • Freshers with relevant HR exposure or internships may be consideredPrimary Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules
  • Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
  • Participate in client conference calls and understand the process change
  • Ensure LWI's are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates
  • Understand Root Cause Analysison issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control
  • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent
  • Update process metricsRequired Skills
  • Basic to working knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Exposure to HR systems such as Workday and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer centric mindset with ability to work in an SLA driven environment
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
