About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead / Senior Team Lead Operations to manage client deliverables and lead a high-performing team. This role requires strong analytical skills, people management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
  • 47 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of 710 members
  • Candidates from BPO/KPO industry are an ideal fit

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations for a team of 710 associates
  • Ensure delivery meets client expectations and SLA commitments
  • Develop strategies to achieve team targets and business goals
  • Monitor service quality, productivity, revenue, and margins
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Handle workload forecasting and resource planning
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and workloads
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Maintain high team engagement and minimize attrition
  • Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Engage in initial client introduction calls at the sales stage to understand requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meaningful interactions pre- and post-onboarding
  • Work in a hybrid model and be flexible to work from the office at least twice a week when required

  • Strong operations background with process improvement expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven people management and leadership abilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action
  • Experience in handling client escalations, managing feedback, and aligning client expectations with delivery
