Team Lead Operations (US Healthcare Insurance)

Location: Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli

Role Summary:-

The incumbent would be part of the US Healthcare team. Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Motivate team members
2. Set clear team goals
3. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
4. Efficient utilization of time and resources to achieve process deliverables as per SLAs
5. Communicate with teams about their performance
6. Do regular performance evaluation
7. Discover training needs and provide coaching
8. Plan and organize team building activities
9. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
10. Create a competitive, healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
11. Interacting with Clients
12. Attending Client calls
13. Communicating Organization/Process updates to the team members
14. Maintaining Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports
15. Maintaining QMS Documentation and facing QMS/ISMS audits
16. Identifying areas for process improvement
17. Coordinating with Other departments as and when required

Criteria:-

1. Graduate or Post Graduate from any background

2. Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead on paper

3. Good communication, motivating, leadership and interpersonal skills

4. Six Sigma Certificate would be an added advantage

Shift: US shifts

Week Off: Sat-Sun fixed off
