Job Description
We are looking for an experienced L3 Microsoft Security & Compliance Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft security, compliance, migration, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Microsoft Defender Suite:
- Defender for Endpoint
- Defender for Identity
- Defender for Office 365
- Defender for Cloud Apps
- Implement and manage:
- Conditional Access Policies
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Protection
- Implement and support Microsoft Purview solutions
- Configure and manage:
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Information Protection
- Insider Risk Management
- eDiscovery
- Perform endpoint security hardening and vulnerability management
- Configure email security and phishing protection mechanisms
- Support cloud security initiatives within Azure environments
- Contribute to Zero Trust security architecture implementation
- Handle security incidents, troubleshooting, and L3 escalations
- Support migration and implementation activities for Microsoft security technologies
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Defender Suite
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery)
- Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management
- Email Security & Phishing Protection
- Azure Cloud Security
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Good understanding of Microsoft security best practices
- Experience in enterprise-level implementation and migration projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
