2Base Technologies is at a deliberate stage of building its marketing function, and this role owns it end to end, which includes the strategy, the team, and the results. We are a technology services company with over 16 years of delivery experience. Our primary markets are the United States and the United Kingdom. This is not a role for someone who has contributed to a marketing function. It is a role for someone who has built one and who has personally owned a lead target, made channel investment decisions, managed a team, and can show what happened as a result. What You Will Own
Qualified lead targets and pipeline contribution from marketing
Team direction and weekly priorities
Ideal Customer Profile definition and content strategy approval
Channel strategy and budget prioritization across inbound and outbound
Budget allocation across channels
Marketing analytics and attribution
Hiring and building the marketing team
Outbound marketing strategy and execution oversight
Email nurture strategy
Marketing and sales alignment
Marketing performance reporting to leadership
What you will not own
Writing content, designing assets, or running paid campaigns directly. This is a leadership and ownership role, where you set the direction, build the team, and are accountable for the outcomes.
Requirements
Experience:
8-12 years in marketing, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a Sr or strategic marketing role.
Has personally owned a lead target, not contributed to one.
Has worked in or closely with a technology services, SaaS, or AI company.
Has managed a small team.
Has run inbound and outbound marketing simultaneously.
Has set up or significantly improved marketing analytics and attribution.
Has operated in or marketed to US or UK markets, which is strongly preferred and not optional.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales and business development.
Education:
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications or professional training in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics will be considered an advantage
