Position Description:
We are looking for a talented UiPath Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications, and be responsible for building efficient, testable, and reusable code. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets our clients' needs.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Create, design, and develop RPA workflows and automation solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities, documenting existing processes and recommend improvements.
Deploy RPA bots and manage their operational stability, ensuring they function as intended within the business environment.
Conduct rigorous testing of automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and automation solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users regarding automated processes, ensuring they understand how to interact with the RPA solutions effectively.
Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and technologies, continuously monitoring and updating bots based on evolving business requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- 4+years of developing RPA bots using Uipath
Having Uipath Certified Developer and Uipath Certified Solution Designer certifications (ADPV1)
Hands-on development experience on .NET / J2EE/webservices/API is highly preferred
Having good exposure to various spying modes, browser compatibility, new features of latest Uipath versions and consumption of webservice and API through UipathWorking
Experience in using Orchestrator in UipathWorking Experience with staging and deploying automation solutions into test and production environments and providing post-production support.
Working Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) techniques
Working experience with REST APIsWorking Experience with external libraries / DLLs
Having experience on automated processes that integrate with web sites, desktop applications, mainframe emulators, ERP software, CRM softwareWorking
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle
Proven experience in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work in a structured and methodical approach, combined with an out-of-the-box thinking)
Proven experience with design principles, object-oriented design and modular programming techniques
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
Good analytical skills and teaming skills
Willing to learn attitude
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with C#, VB .NET or Python
