Role & responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in AI-driven development practices. This role requires an individual contributor who can own a complete module end-to-endfrom design to development to deliverywhile leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
The ideal candidate is a balanced full stack developer with expertise across both backend and frontend, and a mindset that combines engineering rigor with AI-enabled efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership
- Take complete ownership of a module/Swimlane from design development testing delivery
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Full Stack Development
- Design and develop robust backend services using .NET
- Build responsive and high-performing UI using Angular
- Work with SQL databases for efficient data modeling and querying
- Maintain a balanced contribution across frontend and backend
AI-Driven Development
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine code
- Integrate AI into the entire development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, optimization)
- Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Code quality and correctness
- Performance improvements
- Maintainability and scalability
Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
- Follow Spec Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure clarity and alignment
- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications
- Ensure traceability from specs to implementation
Quality & Optimization
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Make informed decisions on architecture and design improvements
