Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resource Management Associate to support workforce planning and resource allocation within our Global Capability Center (GCC). The role involves optimizing resource utilization, supporting hiring and capacity planning, and partnering with business and talent teams to ensure the right talent is deployed effectively across projects and functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning & Allocation
Support end-to-end resource planning across business units/functions
Track capacity vs demand and highlight potential gaps or excess
Ensure optimal utilization of resources across ongoing and upcoming projects
Assist in resource allocation decisions based on skill, cost, and availability
2. Workforce Analytics & Reporting
Maintain and analyze resource management dashboards (utilization, headcount, capacity)
Generate periodic reports for leadership on workforce trends and utilization
Provide insights on attrition impact, demand forecasting, and supply gaps
Support decision-making using data-driven insights
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruitment teams
Support demand planning discussions and hiring forecasts
Act as a point of contact for resource-related queries
Ensure alignment between business needs and talent availability
4. Demand & Supply Management
Work closely with talent acquisition to translate demand into hiring plans
Identify skill gaps and support build/buy/borrow strategies
Track open demand vs fulfilled positions
Assist in internal mobility and redeployment opportunities
5. Process & Governance
Ensure adherence to resource management processes and SLAs
Maintain data accuracy in resource management tools/ATS/workforce systems
Drive process improvements and standardization
Support audits and compliance requirements related to workforce planning
6. Tools & Systems
Manage and update data in tools such as ATS, workforce planning systems, or Excel dashboards
Leverage tools like Power BI / Excel / reporting platforms for insights
Improve tracking mechanisms for resource utilization and forecasting
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (advanced), reporting tools, dashboards
Understanding of GCC operating model and workforce dynamics
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in resource management / workforce planning / operations / recruitment coordination
Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment
Exposure to capacity planning, utilization tracking, or workforce analytics
Familiarity with HR systems, ATS, or reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
