Overview

Quality Engineer Responsibilities

• Exposure of GDT, Gauge development or ECN implementation
• Well awareness of New Product development
• Awareness of Customer specific requirements
• Exposure of AAR, Customer audits, Process Capability (TAG30) and Customer coordination for PPAP approval
• Part on gauge assessment / 2D checks and reports sharing to customer. Monitoring and conducting the EOL / firewall/ in coming checks to consolidate and track all in-house issues for closure.
• Conducting joint checks with customer in the plant for new products.
• Conducting GRR activities addressing relevant issues if observed.
• Preparation and submission of the PSW- coordinating all PSW documents with other departments. Review those documents with customer.
• Visiting at customer end and Interacting with customer to address the their Quality concerns and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken internally.
• Conduct PPAP/PSW activities / documentation / submissions for all new product launches and engineering changes. Qualifications

  To understand and analyse customer s requirements expectations thoroughly, Responsible for coordinating with Customer, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality Engineering for quality activities like PPAP, PSW submissions, gauges development, product assessments in each phase of new launch programs.

  Support to comply with all QA Standards and Customer specific requirements.

  Should be well verse of submissions and deliverables of Renault-Nissan customer. Experience

  8-10 years from Automotive industry
