We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Assistance and Quality Control Specialist to join our team in the development of home appliances. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to technical specifications, maintaining quality standards, and driving innovation in cost-effective solutions. The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in home appliances development and quality control.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical assistance to suppliers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular discussions with vendors during the development phase to address technical concerns and facilitate smooth progress.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of quality components.
Quality Control:
- Implement stringent quality control measures to approve parts for new model development.
- Conduct thorough quality audits during the development process to identify and address any deviations from established standards.
- Analyze problems identified during trials and implement effective counter measures to address issues before product launch.
Cost Innovation (CI) Activities:
- Take accountability for cost innovation (CI) activities, including a detailed analysis of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Work towards identifying cost-effective solutions without compromising product quality. Knowledge and Compliance:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all aspects governing the development process, including product costing, quality systems, new mold implementation, and production activities.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advancements, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to home appliances.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home appliances development and quality control.
- Proven expertise in providing technical assistance to suppliers and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues during product development.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing stringent quality control measures.
- Familiarity with cost innovation (CI) activities and the ability to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM).
- In-depth knowledge of the latest technological advancements, regulations, and guidelines in the home appliances industry.
