Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Life Insurance APS
Retrieval (International Voice) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling
inbound calls from international healthcare providers & insurance partners. This role offers
a strong foundation in the international life insurance and healthcare BPO domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international voice calls related to APS requests and record follow-ups.
Respond to queries from healthcare providers and insurance partners regarding
documentation requirements.
Provide accurate information about pending, received, or processed APS cases.
Coordinate with internal teams and provider offices to ensure timely and complete
document retrieval.
Accurately document call details, updates, and case status in internal systems.
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and company compliance policies.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Requirements:
Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent verbal and listening communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in international shifts (US shifts).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Email, Data Entry).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in Life Insurance / Healthcare BPO / International Voice Process.
Basic understanding of APS (Attending Physician Statement) or medical records process.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
