Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Job Description: We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications and systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling incidents, resolving technical issues, ensuring system availability, and supporting business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
Knowledge of Active Directory, SharePoint, Azure, and Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with Office 365 environment.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow/JIRA.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts/support environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of monitoring tools.
Experience with cloud/platform support is a plus.
