Job Description

7+ years of Android development

Proven experience in Kotlin development

Architect Android applications using MVVM architecture and industry-standard best practices.

Utilize Androids latest development tools such as Jetpack Compose, Navigation Components, Live Data, and View Model to deliver modern applications.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Retrofit, OkHttp, and handling of local data (Room/SQLite).

Experience with Dependency Injection (Dagger, Hilt) and Coroutines/Flow for concurrency handling.

Familiarity with modern tools such as Gradle, Git, and Android Studio.

Experience in testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.

Experience working with and developing Android centric libraries.

Continuously improve the apps architecture, quality, and performance by implementing best practices in testing, CI/CD, and automation.

Proven experience developing, deploying apps to App Store, familiar with Google Play Console for app release, app signing, and monitoring.

Knowledge of Firebase, Google Play Services, and Analytics integration.

Hands-on experience in QA automation testing using Selenium/Playwright or a Similar framework.

Understanding of Server-Driven UI principles and implementation strategies.

Integrate with GraphQL APIs using Apollo or similar clients.

Familiarity with Android design principles and interface guidelines.

Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Use of Git SCM command line and tools. Familiarity with Git flow methodology.
