Senior Software Engineer @ i2V

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture on AWS or Azure.
• Implement robust unit testing, modern DevOps practices, and efficient CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS/NoSQL databases to maintain performance and security at a global scale.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX, QA, and fellow engineers to translate customer needs into user-focused, agile deliverables.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers, sharing knowledge through code reviews and supporting their growth.
• Champion best practices, helping evolve our engineering standards and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in building and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud-native application development on AWS and/or Azure.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to break down technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
• Proven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Nice to have: experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, PKI/certificates, and global, cross-functional teams.
