Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Contract Hiring (Staff Augmentation)


Employment Type: Contractual

Duration: - 6 months (Renewal)

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Gurgaon/Pune


Role Overview:-

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in contract hiring under the staff augmentation model. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple vendors, delivering within aggressive TAT ( 4 days), and owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contractual roles.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract roles across IT/Non-IT requirements under the staff augmentation model
  • Deliver quality profiles within a strict turnaround time (TAT) of 4 days or less
  • Handle and govern a large vendor ecosystem (10+ vendors simultaneously) to ensure consistent pipeline generation
  • Drive vendor performance management, including SLAs, quality checks, and timely submissions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quick closures
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for contract positions
  • Ensure offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination within defined timelines
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, submission ratio, closure ratio, vendor performance)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual hiring policies and documentation

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:-

  • Proven experience in contract hiring / C2H / staff augmentation model (must-have)
  • Strong vendor management experience with the ability to drive performance and accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to close roles within 4 days TAT
  • Experience in handling multiple requirements under tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills:-

  • Experience hiring for IT roles (developers, testers, cloud, data, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ATS/tools and reporting dashboards
  • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • TAT adherence ( 4 days)
  • Quality of profiles submitted
  • Vendor productivity & efficiency
  • Offer-to-join ratio
  • Stakeholder satisfaction
