Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analytics / Data Engineering professional who can bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with business and analytics teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Technical Skill Requirements:
Backend / Data Engineering Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL and Databases
- Experience in Data Engineering concepts and practices
- Hands-on with:
- Data Pipelines, ETL Processes
- Data Quality, Data Transformations & Aggregations
- Knowledge of:
- Medallion Architecture, Data Products
- Metadata Management, Data Modeling
Frontend / BI & Analytics Skills:
- Experience in Reports, Dashboards, and Visualization
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
- Understanding of:
- Semantic Models, Self-Service Reporting
- Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Exposure to:
- Active Directory (AD/ADS)
- AI-enabled BI reporting (e.g., Copilot)
Production Support Skills:
- Experience in L0L3 Production Support
- Handling:
- Data Pipelines, ETL jobs, Data Quality issues
- Airflow jobs & orchestration
- Reports and Dashboards in production environments
