Associate - SAP @ Bristlecone

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate - SAP. This role is crucial in supporting our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department and ensuring smooth SAP MM operations. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in SAP MM, with a focus on the procurement process and its end-to-end understanding. They will be responsible for analyzing and resolving functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our SAP systems.

• 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong focus on the procurement process.
• Excellent understanding of SAP MM tables and their relevance to the procurement process.
• Ability to think functionally and analyze issues from a functional perspective.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Good knowledge of SAP S4 HANA or previous versions of SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and its applications is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• End-to-end understanding of the SAP MM procurement process, including POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Analyzing and resolving functional issues related to SAP MM.
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and address underlying problems.
• Maintaining and updating SAP MM configurations and settings.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP MM operations.
• Documenting and reporting on SAP MM processes and improvements.
• Staying updated with the latest SAP MM best practices and industry trends.
• Providing support and training to end-users on SAP MM functionalities.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the SAP MM module.
