Job Description:
- At least 3-5 years of Experience configuring and implementing SF COMPENSATION
- HR Domain Experience of Minimum 2 years Preferred
- Should have handled at least 1 Implementation Project and 2+ Support Projects
- Required: Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation
- Work as SME and Product Owner for SF - Compensation which has core responsibilities of E2E delivery consisting of design, configuration, build, testing and deployment to ensure flawless implementation.
- Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them up to speed on all comp processes
- Collaborate with the Comp CoE in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets
- Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as required
- Manage Compensation and Benefits including Rewards and Recognition
- Approve R&R awards basis FSS/Service area specific guidelines
- Ensure the awards are processed accurately as per the instructions from the Business Advisors/Interim approvers
- Administer & Support Partner Earnings & Payment System for Unit Allocation process
- Maintain high level of accuracy on all reporting/Analysis
- Org unit monthly/quarterly review with Business advisors, Create and append process SOPs
- Participate and contribute to the Annual compensation planning exercise
- Gather business requirements from the business community and define the SAP configuration settings Master data setup, and/or business process changes to satisfy the requirements
- Experience in Human Resources processes such as Core HR Data Management, Performance, Compensation
- Experience implementing or participating in the implementation of talent management platforms and/or core HR platforms
- Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set.
- Delivery of training and upskilling of team
- Must prepare the Request for proposal based on clients initial requirements
- Previous experience with multi-national, multi-site, multi-state, and multi-functional organizations
- Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
- Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics
