Job Description
As the Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and executing S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of consultants, providing functional expertise, and ensuring the projects alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation.
- Proven track record as a Lead or Senior Consultant in SAP SD projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD module and its functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for project requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Lead and participate in S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on the SD module.
- Design, configure, and test SD module functionalities to meet client needs.
- Guide and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their business processes and requirements.
- Document and present project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other functional leads to ensure integrated solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction.
