The Role:
As a Test Automation Engineer within the Life Technology department, you will build robust, maintainable automation that accelerates delivery and improves product quality across Life Insurance products and their downstream systems (policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, finance, data platforms and partner interfaces). You will translate user stories and acceptance criteria into scalable automated tests across UI, API and data layers, engineer reusable frameworks and libraries, and integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback. The role requires strong programming fundamentals, systematic problem solving, and the ability to work with cloud-based tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub runners, containerised executors, device farms) as well as responsible use of AI-enabled artifacts (test-case suggestions, impact analysis, defect clustering and data generation) with human-in-the-loop review.
