Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Program Manager to lead critical, high-impact initiatives that bridge the gap between financial strategy and operational execution. In this role, you will manage projects, architect the future of our financial infrastructure, and partner with Finance leadership team making sure having proper capacity planning with respect to the work, gauge inefficiencies of each team member working on the domain providing them feedback and areas of improvement needs identified, monitored on regular basis to improve productivity to meet customer goals.
You will be monitoring closely the performance of each team members on the project, their professional protocol in terms of updating time spent at work correctly on the tool, capture output in relation to the work assigned on a daily basis.
Ensure team include and meetings are happening regularly will them to understand their issues in performance and support them to resolving for the betterment of the process and improving learning capabilities of each team member working on the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on end exposure of financial management domain i.e. Capital Management, Equity research, Investment Banking, Budgeting, Portfolio management etc. and guide team to scaling up the learning curve and make them more confident while working on these domains in the project.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management within a Finance, FinTech, or large-scale technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams (Engineers, IT teams & support functions) to deliver complex projects.
Technical Fluency
- Experience working with AI/ML applications in finance.
- SQL, or data warehousing principles.
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering teams on technical roadmaps.
Domain Expertise
- Deep understanding of core finance processes (e.g., Investment Banking, Portfolio management, Budgeting, Capital Management etc.).
Navigating Ambiguity
- Proven ability to drive progress and provide structure in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
Executive Presence
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and present complex data clearly to senior leadership.
