Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 45 offshore engineers
Design and develop scalable applications
Provide technical guidance and participate in architecture discussions
Write high-quality, maintainable code

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Python, React, C#, and Golang
Solid background in system design and coding
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
Experience with Graph Databases
