We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Developer/Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies, along with leadership experience to mentor and guide a team of developers.

Job Description: -
Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams of React developers Experience in defining and implementing frontend development processes and best practices Expertise in advanced React.js concepts like server-side rendering, performance optimization, etc. Experience in integrating frontend with backend technologies like Node.js, GraphQL, etc. Proficiency in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
