Job Description

Android Lead Developers (8+ Years) | Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
What were looking for

Strong experience in Kotlin & Java
Hands-on with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices
Deep understanding of Android ecosystem: SDK, lifecycle, Gradle, Android Studio
Expertise in Architecture Components: ViewModel, StateFlow/LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager, Hilt/Dagger
Experience with design patterns: MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture
Strong API integration skills (REST, JSON, Retrofit/OkHttp)
Solid unit testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
Comfortable with Git-based workflows
Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions

Good to have
Modularization / multi-module architecture experience
Kotlin Coroutines & Flow expertise
Firebase, analytics, performance monitoring
Play Store releases, feature flags, A/B testing
Performance profiling & memory optimization
