Job Description


Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and drive strategic people initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development, along with the ability to lead a small team and partner with leadership.

Key Responsibilities


1. Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal frameworks aligned with business goals
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance

2. Succession Planning & Talent Development

  • Identify high-potential employees and build leadership pipelines
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies for key roles

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture

4. HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Align HR strategies with organizational objectives and growth plans
  • Partner with leadership to drive talent and organizational effectiveness

5. Organizational Development

  • Lead OD initiatives including change management, capability building, and workforce planning
  • Design programs to improve productivity, leadership effectiveness, and team performance

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small HR team
  • Ensure efficient delivery of HR operations and initiatives

7. Policy, Compliance & Governance

    • Develop and update HR policies in line with industry standards and labor laws
    • Ensure compliance and best HR practices across the organization

Qualifications & Skills


    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in IT/technology companies)
    • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Performance management systems
    • Succession planning
    • Employee engagement programs
    • HR strategy and organizational development
    • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
    • Good to have: Exposure to ISO 27001 Standards
