We are Hiring Process Associates


Job Description
Location: Silk Board (Work from Office)
Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary (CTC): Up to 26,000 per month Plus performance-based incentives (based on skills & experience)
Cab Facility: Not provided About the Role

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Always ensure a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Generate Leads
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work towards achieving team and individual targets.


Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
  • Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers welcome!)
  • Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal & listening skills
  • Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism
  • Willingness to learn & grow


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Freshers with excellent communication & eagerness to build a career in customer support.
  • Positive, and team-oriented mindset.
