Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Executive to join our team in the EDD department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT enabled services and BPO, with excellent communication skills.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with CRM software or other customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
