Job Description
- Plan and execute menu selections suitable for villa-style hospitality.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and Fssai food safety compliance.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor coordination, and purchasing.
- Monitor food cost, avoid wastage, and maintain budget controls.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members.
- Coordinate private dining, events, or special meal requests.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper upkeep.
- Handle food-related guest feedback professionally.
- Ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and cost control.
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.

Role and Responsibility:- The Executive Chef will lead and manage the entire kitchen operations at Villa Raag, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, menu creation, and guest satisfaction.
