Job Description
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard according to the restaurant's menu.
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and creation of new dishes.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen safety, and food hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety or similar qualification is a plus.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
- Ability to relocate to Ireland (if applicable).
- A passion for cooking and providing excellent customer service.
