Hr ExecutivePosition Title: Business Unit HR Executive.
Location: Hyderabad / Raipur Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time.
Role Overview The Business Unit HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee grievance handling, employee relations (ER) activities, performance management processes (PMS), and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) discussions for the assigned business unit. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound HR knowledge, and hands-on execution experience within a Domestic BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities Employee Grievance & Employee Relations (ER) Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Handle and resolve grievances in a timely, confidential, and fair manner. Conduct ER meetings, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. Maintain proper documentation related to grievances and ER cases.
Performance Management (PMS & PIP) Coordinate and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles. Facilitate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) discussions and documentation. Track PIP progress and share regular updates with stakeholders. Ensure PMS and PIP processes align with organizational guidelines.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement Support day-to-day HR operations for the business unit. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, HR connect sessions, and town halls. Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal processes.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and MIS. Support audits and internal HR reviews when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education Any Graduate Experience 1 to 1.5 years of experience as an HR Executive in a Domestic BPO Hands-on experience in employee grievance handling, ER activities, PMS, and PIP discussions.
Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
