    We are actively hiring Relationship Managers Wealth Management across Pan India locations and are looking for driven professionals who are passionate about building long-term client relationships and delivering meaningful wealth solutions.


    About the Role:

    This is not a role for someone chasing account openings or daily trading volumes. It is designed for professionals who genuinely want to become trusted wealth advisors to their clients building lasting relationships and delivering real financial outcomes.

    Your success will be defined by AUM growth, client trust, and long-term product penetration.


    What You Will Be Doing:

    Client Acquisition & Management Acquire new clients through open-market sourcing and manage a growing book across Retail, Mass Affluent, and Emerging HNI segments. You will be the single point of contact and go-to advisor for your clients.

    Wealth Advisory & Product Distribution Understand each client's financial goals, risk appetite, time horizon, and liquidity needs and recommend a well-diversified product mix including:

    • Mutual Funds (SIP & Lump Sum)
    • Portfolio Management Services 
    • Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)
    • Bonds & Fixed Income Solutions
    • Insurance Products
    • Structured & Thematic Products

    AUM Building & Business Growth Own net new AUM targets for your client book. Convert idle cash and trading-only clients into long-term investors. Focus on recurring AUM SIPs and long-term allocations rather than one-time transactions.

    Client Engagement & Retention Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, proactively engage clients during market volatility, and ensure timely resolution of queries. Build long-term stickiness through consistent and value-driven advisory touchpoints.


    Who We Are Looking For:

    Graduate in any discipline with 2 - 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Broking, or BFSI Sales Strong understanding of wealth products MF, Portfolio, AIF, Bonds, and Insurance A consultative selling mindset thinks like an advisor, not a trader Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High ownership, self-discipline, and a long-term orientation Comfortable working with AUM-linked and retention-based targets
