Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel, recruiting advisors, and ensuring business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
• Drive business through the agency channel
• Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents
• Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly business targets
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights
• Support advisors in closing sales and servicing customers

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Agency channel (preferred)
• Graduation in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with team handling exposure (preferred)
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage
