Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle at the unit, with a core focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement. The role will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the unit, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs and workforce plans.
  • Partner with leadership to plan headcount, optimize resource utilization, and forecast future talent requirements.
  • Drive quality hiring through effective sourcing strategies, strong stakeholder management, and structured selection processes.

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Design and implement a seamless onboarding experience to enable faster integration and productivity of new hires.
  • Ensure structured induction programs, role clarity, and early engagement touchpoints for all new employees.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement Reward & Recognition programs tailored to a diverse workforce.
  • Set up early warning systems to identify and mitigate critical attrition risks.

4. Talent Management & Development

  • Anchor talent review processes (annual and mid-year) aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop succession plans and identify high-potential employees with structured development plans.

5. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic partner to unit leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
