Job Description:
Campus Marg Innovative Tech Services (CMITS) is hiring dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiters to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a smart, target-oriented mindset who can contribute effectively to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
• Understanding job requirements and matching suitable candidates
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining recruitment data
• Achieving hiring targets within timelines
• Building strong candidate relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, proactive, and target-driven approach
• Freshers are welcome

Salary:

• Freshers: 15,000 take-home per month
• Experienced candidates: Salary negotiable based on experience
