Finance Manager @ Sterling Holidays

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage direct tax compliance for the company, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
• Conduct tax audits to identify potential savings opportunities and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on indirect taxes (VAT/Service Tax) and other financial matters.
• Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports on income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in accountancy or finance role with a focus on direct taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Income-tax Act, Service Tax Laws, VAT laws etc. .
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel.
